In a dynamic society teachers are expected to prepare students for jobs that may not yet exist. By working with employers, teachers can ensure that they help students receive up-to-date knowledge and experience of the working environment. Opportunities to work with employers gives students an insight into employability skills, both in general and in-depth. Involvement of employers in the curriculum will allow students to develop their practical skills, interpersonal skills and analytic skills that match the requirements of potential employers.
Started in October 2011, CVE is a 2 year-long project, funded by the Comenius under Lifelong Learning Program, with activities planned throughout 7 different European countries: Poland, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Romania, United Kingdom and Portugal.

In order to successfully complete this training, several tasks and activities will test your knowledge, at the end of each module. For each proposed activity, several documents are available to support you!
The CVE Training Course is the result of the combination of: (1) the needs analysis of the trainers, teachers of teachers, school leaders, teachers and other personnel in secondary schools regarding information about possibilities of cooperation between the world of work and schools, (2) the expertise of each partner and their collaborative efforts, and (3) the results from the piloting process that took place in the partner's countries. Following the results obtained, three training modules were developed:
MODULE 1 – Corporate Volunteering in a glimpse.
MODULE 2 – Bringing the Corporate Volunteering to your school.
